As Steycode primarily offers digital products (software and web templates), physical shipping is not applicable. Instead, we deliver our products electronically as described below:

Immediate Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased digital products. In most cases, this happens automatically within 5 minutes of completed payment.

If you do not receive your digital product within 5 minutes:

  • Check your email inbox and spam/junk folders for the delivery email
  • Verify that your payment has been successfully processed
  • Contact our customer support if the above steps don't resolve the issue

3. Delivery Methods

Your purchased digital products will be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

  • Direct Download: An immediate download link on the order confirmation page
  • Email Delivery: Download links and access instructions sent to your provided email address
  • Account Access: Products available in your customer account dashboard (if applicable)

4. Technical Requirements

To successfully receive and use our digital products, please ensure:

  • You have provided a valid email address during checkout
  • Your email provider is not blocking our delivery emails
  • You have sufficient storage space to download the products
  • You meet the technical requirements specified in the product description

5. Download Availability

Download links for your purchased products will remain active for 30 days after purchase. We recommend downloading and backing up your purchased items immediately after purchase.
