This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding order cancellations for Steycode products and services.

2. Order Cancellation for Digital Products

No Cancellation Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled once placed. When you purchase a digital product from Steycode, you are buying immediate access to digital content.

However, if you experience issues with your purchase, please refer to our Refund Policy which outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund if the product does not function as described.

3. Custom Service Orders

Before Work Commences

  • Custom development or service orders cannot be cancelled once the project agreement has been signed.
  • Any deposits paid are non-refundable as they secure our resources for your project.

After Work Commences

  • Once work has begun on custom development projects, cancellations are not accepted.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the progress or deliverables, we will work with you to address your concerns.
  • All payments made for work completed or in progress remain non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, Steycode management may, at their sole discretion, review special requests for cancellation on a case-by-case basis. However, there is no guarantee that such requests will be approved.
